Ferienhaus-Sanierung
in Gl\u00fccksburg<\/h1>\n

Bei diesem Ferienhaus im Alten Weg handelte es sich urspr\u00fcnglich um einen alten Eisenbahnwaggon aus Gl\u00fccksburg. Auf diesen Waggon haben wir neue Dachsparren mit Trapezblech aufgesetzt. Auch die Dachfassade, die T\u00fcren und die Fenster wurden erneuert. Zudem erhielt der alte Wagon eine Holzfaserd\u00e4mmung in den W\u00e4nden und im Dach.<\/p>\n

Autarkes Wohnhaus in Flensburg<\/h1>\n

Dieses Geb\u00e4ude in der Flensburger Nikolaiallee ist ein zweigeschossiger Holzrahmenbau mit drei Wohneinheiten, den wir komplett selbst errichtet haben. Die W\u00e4nde und das Dachgeschoss sind komplett mit Holzfaser ausgeblasen und auch die Fassade ist aus Holz gefertigt. Somit besteht das gesamte Haus fast ausschlie\u00dflich aus Holz. Das fast autarke, hocheffiziente KfW-40-Haus ist mit einer Luftw\u00e4rmepumpe und einer Photovoltaikanlage ausgestattet und erzeugt W\u00e4rme und Strom nahezu regenerativ. Mithilfe eines Krans haben wir das Geb\u00e4ude mit seinen vorgefertigten Holzrahmen-Elementen an einem Tag gerichtet.<\/p>\n

Dachsanierung eines Einfamilienhauses<\/h1>\n

Im Kiebitzweg haben wir eine energetische Dachsanierung von au\u00dfen durchgef\u00fchrt. Das hei\u00dft, das Dachgeschoss konnte w\u00e4hrend der gesamten Bauma\u00dfnahme bewohnt werden.<\/p>\n

Dabei haben wir die bestehende Eindeckung, die Mineralfaserd\u00e4mmung und die alte Dachlattung demontiert. Anschlie\u00dfend wurden eine Holzweichfaserplatte, die Dachlattung und die neuen Dachpfannen verlegt sowie eine neue Holzfaserd\u00e4mmung eingeblasen.<\/p>\n

Die Sanierung wurde durch die KfW gef\u00f6rdert. Zus\u00e4tzlich zur Dachsanierung wurde eine PV-Anlage mit Speicher verbaut.<\/p>\n

Als Verkleidung wurde ein Tondachstein mit einer passenden Zinkstehfalz gew\u00fcnscht, was wir ebenfalls realisiert haben.<\/p>\n
