Das betrifft die oberste Decke unter dem obersten Wohnraum. Besonders wichtig: Bei einem Eigent\u00fcmerwechsel muss diese D\u00e4mmung innerhalb von zwei Jahren nachger\u00fcstet werden.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr D\u00e4cher und W\u00e4nde gibt es keine automatische Sanierungspflicht, au\u00dfer es wird mehr als ein bestimmter Anteil der Fl\u00e4che (z. B. des Dachs) ge\u00f6ffnet.
